My weight fluctuated between 10 lbs over the summer :/ (by the end I had gained about 5 lbs). But on the plus side, I have become a way better runner! Over labor day weekend I ran my first HALF-MARATHON (13.1 miles)!!! I did it in under 2 hours and didn’t stop or walk once! I was so proud of myself. Since then, I have cleaned up my diet, focused on getting exercise everyday, and have been proactive with my health. I lost those 5 lbs and am now on the journey to losing more! Hopefully by Halloween I have lost another 10 lbs and preferably another 10 lbs by christmas! Let’s gooooooo! :)

-1/2 cup whole grain rolled oats
-1/2 pack stevia
-1 tbsp natural peanut butter
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 banana
yum yum yum yum yum yum! and so full now… won’t need that morning snack before lunch! :)
