This is my personal weight loss page! I started my weight loss journey in the beginning of February 2012 and it was the best decision of my life. This is to keep me motivated and to motivate others to change their lives for the better THE HEALTHY WAY!

My weight fluctuated between 10 lbs over the summer :/ (by the end I had gained about 5 lbs). But on the plus side, I have become a way better runner! Over labor day weekend I ran my first HALF-MARATHON (13.1 miles)!!! I did it in under 2 hours and didn’t stop or walk once! I was so proud of myself. Since then, I have cleaned up my diet, focused on getting exercise everyday, and have been proactive with my health. I lost those 5 lbs and am now on the journey to losing more! Hopefully by Halloween I have lost another 10 lbs and preferably another 10 lbs by christmas! Let’s gooooooo! :)

-1/2 cup whole grain rolled oats

-1/2 pack stevia

-1 tbsp natural peanut butter

-1 tsp cinnamon

-1 banana

yum yum yum yum yum yum! and so full now… won’t need that morning snack before lunch! :)
